The Central Administration for Legal Affairs is in charge of coordinating activities and providing support with regard to legal, administrative, and accounting-related matters involving the Central Administration offices and the research centers/units, for the purpose of increasing integration among the CRAs administrative activities. It ensures coordination for the Central Administration Service by constantly updating the activities being carried out. It sees to managing the agency’s assets, personnel, and negotiations, in addition to fulfilling all obligations in preparing the financial statements and fiscal documentation. It writes up proposals for the Central Administration concerning auditing, updating, and agency regulations, where necessary. It sees to issuing circular letters and directives of a legal, administrative, or accounting-related nature, and prepares any other type of legal instrument needed in managing the agency’s organizational structure. It acts within its power to oversee certain tasks in inspecting documents to be submitted to the Board of Directors, by the Director General. It supports the Director General in handling relations with labor unions.
