Once outside of the airport, go to the railway station (air terminal), where you can find two undergrounds railway lines:

- The train strait to Stazione Termini (about every 30 minutes);

- The FM1 train to Orte (about every 15 minutes)

To reach CRA-ING, take FM1 train (Fiumicino Airport – Roma Tiburtina – Fara Sabina – Orte), usually at the platform n. 1.

You get off at Pianabella di Montelibretti train station, the stop after Monterotondo, and from the platform side, follow the road until the level crossing; 200 m far, you’ll find the CRA-ING main entrance.

The travelling time from the airport to the CRA-ING is 1 hour and 25 minutes.

For everyone who wants to go and come back on the same day, it is better to buy the B.I.R.G. ticket. It costs 6 Euro and you can find it at the station.

From Ciampino Airport

Once at the Ciampino airport, reach the Ciampino train station in order to take the FM4 line from Ciampino city to Roma Termini (about every 20 minutes; it takes about 30 minutes).

From Termini station, take the underground railway (Linea B) towards Rebibbia, for five stops, and get off at Roma Tiburtina.

There, go to the train station and take FM1 line from Fiumicino Airport – Fara Sabina – Orte, which usually run at the platform 1.

You get off at Pianabella di Montelibretti train station, the stop after Monterotondo, and from the platform side, follow the road until the level crossing; 200 m far, you’ll find the CRA-ING main entrance.

By train from Florence, Naples, Bari

For everyone who wants to reach the Institute by train from Florence, Naples or Bari, the Termini station is the station where to get off.

From Termini take the railway underground (Linea B - towards Rebibbia), get off at Roma Tiburtina (five stops after Termini; five minutes at all).

Then, go to the train station and take FM1 line from Fiumicino Airport – Roma Tiburtina - Fara Sabina –Orte, which usually runs at the platform 1.

You get off at Pianabella di Montelibretti train station, the stop after Monterotondo, and from the platform side, follow the road until the level crossing; 200 m far, you’ll find the CRA-ING main entrance.

By train from Tirreno side

For who moves by train from Tirreno side, the train station to reach is Roma Ostiense even if the train will arrive to Termini; there take the FM1 train Fiumicino Airport – Roma Tiburtina – Fara Sabina – Orte (usually at platform 5).

You get off at Pianabella di Montelibretti train station, the stop after Monterotondo, and from the platform side, follow the road until the level crossing; 200 m far away you’ll find the CRA-ING main entrance.

The travelling time is about 1 hour.

By car

For those who travel by car coming from the highway A1, the exit is Roma Nord.

Just 100 m far from it, take the right exit to Fiano Romano.  Take the junction to the roundabout and turn right, then at the traffic lights (Flaminia) turn left (to Rome).

About 1 km after turning, cross the bridge on the highway (on the left) and follow the instructions for SS4 Salaria, Passo Corese, Rieti.

Once crossed the bridge, find a roundabout, then always follow the directions of Salaria, Passo Corese, Rieti. So drive for about 4 km on a four-lane road (SSbis) connecting to SS4 Salaria (Passo Corese). Follow the instructions to Rome and after 5 km (km. 29.200), turn at the crossroads with Palombara Sabina; 200 m far away on the right side there is the entrance of CRA-ING.

From Rome or Ascoli Piceno

Driving on the SS4 Salaria, turn at the crossroads to Palombara Sabina (km. 29.200); 200 m far away on the right side there is the entrance of  CRA-ING.
