Information of a mini cheese factory and on cereals: these are some of the Cra innovations presented at the event that will be held in Parma from the7th to the 10th of May.
The researches of the Cra, Council for research and experimentation in agriculture, and its innovations for the agri-food industry will be present at the “Cibus” 2012, the 16th International Food Exhibition. The event focuses on the Italian agri-food products of excellences and will be held in Parma from the 7th to the 10th of May2012. The Cra will be present at the event with its three structural components: Cra-Iaa, Research unit for the processes in the agri-food industry of Milan, Cra-Flc, Research centre for the quality valorisation of cereals of Rome, Cra-Flc, Research centre for forage and dairy productions of Lodi. They will have the desk at the Mipaaf’s area to present the material related to their research activities. There will be illustrative materials of great interest on the prototype (mini cheese factories, supported by the energy coming from the by product of the company, drier for vegetable products that uses solar energy and mobile shop) set up thanks to the support of the Italian micro, small and media companies during the research projects.
